Process Simulation Software Provider in India

ENI Tech. Pvt. Ltd., former process simulation software service providers in India, are offering the new technological simulation software such as EPCON International, USA is one of the leading process simulation software company in the USA. The CHEMPRO Engineering Suite incorporates THERMA Pro and Process Flow SimulationTM for process system analysis, in addition to all the features of SiNET's Fluid Flow Simulator.

With the same user-friendly interface and ease of use as SINET's Fluid Flow Simulation, the EPCON Process Innovator® simulation interface offers effective design, simulation, and analysis of Process Flow Simulation. The process flow diagram (PFD) can be created using any one of fifteen-unit operations. The PFD can be simulated to predict unit operation performance once stream and unit operation data have been provided. It can also be used to determine pressure drops for liquid, gas, and two-phase streams when pipe data is entered on streams.

CHEMPRO Engineering suite is a widely used in industries like oil and gas, chemicals, and power to model various chemical, refining, and petrochemical processes.

All of the property methods for a particular process type are included in the CHEMPRO property packages, which are customisable and based on industry best practices. The most popular property packages are for oil, gas, and chemicals.

A detailed description of each stream and kind of unit operation is provided below.

Feed Streams

In addition to flow rate, temperature, and pressure, a feed stream needs to have its composition entered from the components chosen in the Physical Properties. Through the dropdown list, you can choose between mole, mass, or volumetric flow type (mole is the default). It is possible to specify a dominating component for a three-phase flash.

Product Streams

The composition, phase, flow, temperature, pressure, and other physical characteristics of product streams will all be calculated; thus, no input data is needed.

Stream Pipe Data

Choosing a stream line between a feed, product, or unit activity allows you to insert stream pipe data. If you choose "∆P Calculations = Yes," you can enter the necessary pipe data, such as material, pipe type, nominal pipe size, internal diameter, pipe specification, roughness, and length. In the stream output data, the pressure drop in streams with pipe data will then be shown. The proper pressure drop correlation (liquid, gas, or 2-phase) is employed after the stream's phase has been established.

Mixer/Splitter

A small circle represents a mixture/splitter icon, whereas a particular unit operation type or alternate symbol represents each other unit operation. The system's internal mixers and splitters are where all of the flow that enters the node from a stream or streams exits. In contrast to splitters, which require flow split input, a mixer (one outlet) does not require any data input.

Flash Vessel

The vapour product from a two-phase flash will be located at the top exit, while the liquid will be found at the bottom. It is possible to specify three output streams with the 3-phase flash. The first liquid phase, if any, will be found at the side outlet, the vapour product at the top, and the second liquid (aqueous) phase, if any, at the bottom.

Column

It is possible to simulate a column with all loads fixed (rating calculation) or to satisfy specific performance requirements for operations involving distillation, refluxed strippers, reboiled absorbers, and absorber/stripper units. The type of condenser is identified by its duty, temperature, or fraction of vapour product. Based on the feed stream conditions, an accurate estimated column temperature profile is automatically produced.

Reactor

The purpose of the Reactor Unit Operation is to model a reaction equation in which "Reactants" are mixed to produce "Products" in accordance with a stoichiometric relationship. After that, the Reactor Unit Operation will eliminate the Reactants and produce the Products based on the entered Stoichiometric Coefficients.

Compressor

For the inlet and output streams, the Compressor Unit Operation offers both adiabatic and polytropic compressor and expander calculations, including liquid entropy and three-phase mixture calculations. The discharge pressure, along with the discharge temperature, heat duty, compressor power, compressor head, pressure difference, intake to output pressure differential, and polytropic efficiency, must be provided in conjunction with one other input parameter.

Heat Exchanger

The Exchanger Unit Operations offer a Heater/Cooler for one process stream and a Heat Exchanger for two streams. For each side of an exchanger, just one of the following heat transfer characteristics must be specified: minimum temperature approach (interchangers only), sub cooling, superheating, vapour fraction, outlet temperature, differential temperature, and heat duty.

Pump

Pump unit operations mimics a single stage of pumping. The user has the option to supply pump and motor efficiencies; if not, they default to estimated values.

Let-Down valve

A simplified version of the flash unit operation, the let-down valve unit operation only permits one inlet and one output and only performs a pressure-enthalpy (PH) flash. The pressure drop or outlet pressure must enter.

THERMA ProTM

THERMA ProTM, which is part of CHEMPRO, can calculate flashes in two and three phases for mixtures of pure and/or pseudo-components. Correlations between DIPPR and API are the basis for the physical characteristics of pure or pseudo-components and their combinations. Predicting phase splits with a vapour and two liquid phases—where the second liquid phase, if present, is an aqueous phase—is made possible by the three-phase flash engine. When a second liquid phase is introduced, the primary screen's graphical picture immediately shifts from a vertical to a horizontal drum.

NRTL parameters, SRK, and pseudo components

It is also possible to automatically construct pseudo components by entering the API or Specific Gravity together with a D86, D2887, or TBP crude assay. Phase split and phase properties are determined by entering only the stream properties after the created pseudo components and computed mole percentages are entered into the flash. With the help of a databank containing precise SRK-KD and NRTL parameters that are automatically chosen for component pairings, high-quality 2-phase and 3-phase flash results are produced. Binary pair coverage can be seen by selecting the View Binary Parameters button. To generate unique binary parameters for every system of interest, DDBST (www.ddbst.de) offers experimental VLE data.
