A trusted background (HYDRON) –

Our elder business twin HYDRON Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a consultancy firm; was established by Mr. Arjun Gujar, a well-qualified and experienced industry expert in 2013.

It was established with an aim to improve efficiency and effectiveness of different utility systems like water cooling & heating, steam, compressed air etc. installed in industries or public services globally but India in particular by analysing the design and operating deficiencies and giving appropriate solutions to help save valuable energy and resources to contribute to a sustainable tomorrow.

HYDRON provides services like comprehensive Pipeline Network Analysis and Optimization PNAO (also commonly called as Hydraulic Analysis), Remote Diagnostics, Swift Analysis, Walk-thru Audits, and Training on fluid flow and network analysis.

So far HYDRON has successfully completed many intricate projects for companies in different industrial sectors like Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers, Galaxy Surfactants, Ceat Ltd., Thyssen krupp Steel, Best Paper Mill, TechNova, EPCOS TDK,Tata Chemicals, Zydus Cadila and many more in India and some at global level. Our clients have immensely benefited by trouble-shooting and de-bottlenecking of systems and thereby reducing energy consumption, capital investments, and increasing the throughput.

The Present -

A logical step forward - ENI Tech Pvt. Ltd.

After successfully establishing HYDRON Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. the founder Mr. Arjun Gujar decided to build on this expertise to explore the field of Asset performance intelligence & analytics and so established ENI Tech Pvt. Ltd. in 2020.

ENI Tech is established with an aim to follow the footsteps and the call of Industry 4.0 to achieve asset optimisation through advanced analytics of enormous data gathered online by creating digital twins of the plant equipments / assets.

ENI Tech will be in the business of providing Asset performance intelligence and analytics software coupled with some hardware like sensors & flow meters to do real time / online monitoring of the performance and health of the client’s assets.

In short ENI Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a business twin of the HYDRON Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and both the companies will work in tandem.

Mr. Arjun Gujar

The Founder Director

Mr. Arjun Gujar is the Founder of HYDRON Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and now ENI Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Arjun has a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University, USA with major in Chemical Engineering. During masters, his area of interest and research was process simulation and thermodynamics.

Prior to founding HYDRON, Arjun was the Engineering Manager at EPCON International Inc. His experience includes PNAO of utility systems at several Refineries, Petrochemical and Chemical plants in the USA; engineering development of Engineer’s Aide SiNET (Pipeline Network Analysis and Equipment Sizing program), and that of physical properties and thermo-database for API and GPA.

His expertise is in systems like Cooling Water, Steam, Fire Water, Fuel Gas, Compressed Air, Boiler Feed Water and Condensate.

He has conducted hundreds of analysis projects and provided impeccable results. He is Interested in solving challenging issues to ensure that facilities operate at their best efficiencies along with increased productivity and profitability.

He is passionate about, Flow Analysis and Optimization by,

Simulating Plant Expansion and modification scenarios.
Performing Pipe Network Analysis & Optimization studies.
Doing Root cause analysis.
Providing remote support for Pipe Network issues.

He is also a Speaker at International Conferences and a Coach/Mentor/Motivator at Universities.

Mr. Shyam Tamhankar

G.M. (Business Operations)

A Textile Engineering Graduate from VJTI Mumbai of 1980 batch. Masters in Business Administration with Operations and H.R. specialization and has also passed Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety. He is a certified approved trainer for Australian Institute of Water Sciences (AIWS) for Industrial Safety.
He has total experience of forty (40) years including industry, banking, management consultancy, and institutional & industrial training.
During service period he has worked as G.M. factory operations for about twelve years. He has worked in various fields like Production, Factory administration, Projects, Marketing, and Exports and so have a great and versatile exposure to industry, banking, and business. For a period of three years he worked as an EHS consultant in GSK Asia Private Limited, a vaccine division of GSK at Nasik.
Operations, administration, change management, team building, and grooming people are his core strengths. He is a perfect planner and able administrator too.
Apart from his domain skill he is a master of soft skills and has excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
He has authored two books on Industrial Safety which are waiting for publication.
